Approximately 25 miles of trails with 1000’ of vertical are equally divided among novice, intermediate and advanced terrain. An incredible stone staircase built by Death Racers climbs to the top of the mountain from Riverside Farm.

Self supported shuttle runs are possible with a minimal of climbing by parking vehicles at Tweed Cabin Trailhead and Amee Farm Trailhead.

There are currently no trails open to motorized use with the exception of snowmobile trails in season. FYI, Barn Dance in particular is occasionally used by atvs at the landowner’s discretion.

      Access Info:
Riverside Trailhead access is closed Friday through Sunday for private events. For easiest access park at the top of Tweed: 1137 Tweed River Drive, Stockbridge, VT.

Our biking and trail running season is determined by the weather, but on average runs from mid-May to late November. Conditions permitting, snowshoe and fatbike season follows from mid-December into the better part of March. The trails close for mud season when they are most vulnerable to damage from late March to May.

We are open 24/7, but ask that you thoroughly familiarize yourself with the trail system before venturing out after dark.

Riverside Trailhead is subject to closure on weekends during wedding season which peaks in late summer and early fall. Check FB or our homepage for notices.

We are the proud host of the Peak series of ultraendurance races. Trails usually remain open to the public during most events assuming trail users respect the racers and race markings.
