There is very little climbing, a full loop will provide less than 125m of elevation. However there is still enough elevation to give you some seriously fast sections especially going west.
There are some trails with man made berms (added this year), some that are extremely tight and twisty, some that are very fast and flowy, one that is 100% rock like Hilton Falls, and a few in the back half that have some climbs that will get your heart rate up!
Overall a really nice ride that will take about 1 hour and a touch to complete the full system. I have ridden most of the trails in southern Ontario and I feel this place is the most relaxing MTB experience there is. Not very strenuous due to minimal climbing, and lots of flow / high speed that lets you snake through the pine forest and have a good time!
If you are into wooden features and hardcore tech trails like 3 Stages / Hilton Falls then this may not be the place for you - but if you are interested in a flowy fun ride that you can rail corners on then I would hit this place up / have a nice day downtown in the city named "The B.C. of Ontario"
