SaveWell mapped and signposted trail network, with a mixture of hand built and machine built tracks from beginner to expert grades. Mostly XC but there are a couple of steeper tracks coming down off the north side of Conical Hill and Jollies Pass.
Lots of short trails allow for making up your own routes, which can be of infinite variety and length.
Trails are mainly built by Hanmer MTB Club with agreement from the various landowners. Income towards trail building is limited so feel free to make a donation via https://www.hanmermtb.nz/ to support this worthy cause. Trail Maps can be purchased from the Information Centre in Hanmer when you visit .
