Ideal | Aug 4, 2024 @ 4:08pm Aug 4, 2024 | For anyone interested in riding this trail: doesn’t seem like it gets a lot of use but is in good condition overall. Some parts are starting to be grown in with weeds in the tread but it is easily followed. There are about 10 small trees down that would be small enough to get with a handsaw (I didn’t bring mine). Most are able to be ridden over / around without dismounting. The FTBT side entrance is very overgrown with grass at the start but it opens up nicely after 100 ft. The road side is incomplete and the trail basically just ends about 20ft above the road. There are multiple use trails to get down easily, but needs to be walked by most. The spring box is in good condition if a water source is needed and the road climb back to Emmons is not terrible. Worth hitting now that there are new trails going in at the saddle as a down option other than the fire road after the ftbt single track ends. | ||
