The Jewel Lake area offers good entry-level mountain biking on old logging roads as well as some slightly more challenging terrain on ATV-made trails with loose rock and such. There are currently no official marked trails or routes for mountain biking, but plenty of unmarked trails and roads. At this stage, ride all trails and roads with caution as you may encounter vehicles, logging trucks or ATVs at any time.
