To enjoy the trails in the forest you will need a little confidence.
You will need to have some basic skills – handling the bike, general balance, cornering, popping the wheel up over objects.
Don’t let that put you off however; there are not any big jumps or artificial obstacles. If you are starting out or not confident, avoid the clay trails after rain as they are very slippery.
