      The Overstrand area is known for it's pristine fynbos and beautiful views of mountains and sea. A number of farms are involved in conserving the diversity and uniqueness of this fynbos, and the mountain bike trails showcase this via trails that vary with difficulty and effort, but always rewarding. The trails are rideable all year round, but especially beautiful from July onward when most of the Proteas are flowering and orchids blooming.
