Le Club de ski de fond Chaudière-Ouest (Club de ski de fond St-Étienne Inc.) est un organisme à but non lucratif administré par des bénévoles depuis le début de ses activités en 1977. Il donne accès à plus de 42 kilomètres de sentiers en forêt (33 en ski de fond classique et 9 en ski de fond Pas de patin), entretenus mécaniquement ainsi qu'à deux chalets chauffés, situés aux abords de la rivière Beaurivage dans l'arrondissement Chutes-de-la-Chaudière-Ouest, à Lévis. Le Club compte environ 3300 membres annuellement.
