Lookout Pass Bike Park is located on I-90 on the Idaho/Montana border, 1/2 of the park being in Idaho and the other 1/2 in Montana. Parking for Lookout Pass Bike Park is on the Idaho side. Lookout Pass Bike Park is open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
From the Lookout Pass website:
"Peak 1 Quad Chairlift whisks riders up to the summit from just above the parking lot at Ski Lookout Pass. Ride up the lift to enjoy the awesome views of the fabled Bitterroot Mountains and specifically the St. Regis Peaks and basin. You'll gain 1,150ft of elevation on your ride.
We have developed five single track to wider trails through the woods. There will be more trail development as we clear the undergrowth on parts of our cross country trails and work roads over the summer. We're on Forest Service lands so we just can't go out and cut trails willy-nilly. We have concentrated on opening up some of the old XC Trails that have fallen debri that needed clearing out for this summer. More of these trails will be cleared in the future"
