SaveThe Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve (LSCR) is located along the Seymour River just north of Lynn Valley on the west side of the river and Blue Ridge on the east side of the river. The area contains many multi-use trails many of which are mountain biking friendly. The area is great for XC riding or beginers to mountain biking with many wide gravel trails to choose from. The LSCR main features for mountain bikers are the Richard Juryn Trails, a network of single track and the Circuit 8 loop.
