SaveMackinac Island State Park offers over 70 miles of roads and single-track trails. None of the trails are officially ranked for difficulty but most are beginner to intermediate. There are a handful of trails on the black to double black diamond level (Manitou Trail and parts of Tranquil Bluff Trail to name a couple) that will provide a challenge for even the most advanced rider. All of these trails are multi-directional and multi-use. Proper trail etiquette is a must

The Island can be accessed by ferry from either St. Igance or Mackinaw City from April-November. A ferry does continue to run from St. Ignace only from November on until ice forms.
