SaveMartha's Vineyard is a biker's paradise with a number of well-maintained, paved bike paths linking several towns. It also has long stretches of road with virtually no traffic that traverses the breathtaking island landscapes, often with sweeping ocean views.
Martha's Vineyard is also home to an extensive network of multi-use trails, much of which are suitable for off-road cycling or mountain biking. Curated largely by the Sheriff's Meadow Foundation, these trails span the entire island and caters for all levels of riders. The Foundation has created a special smartphone App which trail users can download and use to navigate the trails.
