At Millmore Forest you’ll find about 15km of trails and forestry road, created by Gisborne MTB Club on private forestry land. The terrain is rolling and you have the option of family friendly riding, such as ‘Easy Trail’ all the way up to challenging tracks like ‘Johnny B Goode’.

Because this is private land you must have a pass. Visit AvantiPlus Maintrax or Bikeys On Peel St to purchase your pass ($10 for 1 week, $20 for all-year) and get your map and Millmore Forest information.
      Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country
      AKA: Mander Road
      Access Info:
End of Manders Road, which turns off Waimata Valley Road.

Parking: At park entrance, Manders Road.
