      Seymour Mountain contains a diversity of trails mirroring the diversity of terrain. Some trails are on old logging roads, old access roads or trails built by mountain bikers. Here you will find information to help you navigate and most importantly choose the trails best suited to your style and skill. There are a couple of climbing routes (Old Buck is more direct double track, Good Sir Martin is singletrack)
      Primary Trail Type: All-Mountain & Downhill
      Shuttleable: YES
      Old Buck Parking Lot google parking directions
      Access Info:
      Take Highway 1 across the Iron Worker's Memorial Bridge to North Vancouver. Take the 3rd exit after the bridge (the one after the Main Street exit). Turn right onto Mt Seymour Parkway. There are three main parking spots to access the Old Buck trail head:
      Old Buck parking lot is very small but there is a little more parking along Anne MacDonald Way;
      Parkgate Village (Mall) on the corner of Mount Seymour Parkway & Mount Seymour Road;
      Parkgate Park off Parkgate Ave ( you can ride up through the park to get to Anne MacDonal Way and the Old Buck trail head).
