      A multi use trail network on state forest preserve land. Trails are primarily double track and conditions vary from relatively smooth to washed out / rutted in steeper sections.
      The Lock & Dam and Bisby Road trail sections are primarily intermediate riding terrain. However both trails include a few advanced / expert sections with a steeper, rutted sections that less experienced riders will want to walk.
      The Nicks Lake Loop Trail is the most difficult trail with a mix of double and single track. The single track sections include a very steep descent to a bridge crossing and fairly technical rooty terrain alone the lake.

      The trail network is primarily accessed from either the Green Street Bridge parking area or the Bisby Road parking area. Green Street Bridge is approximately 0.6 miles from the Adirondack Scenic Railroad Station on Rt 28 in Thendara. The Bisby Road Trail parking area is approximately 1.5 miles from the Adirondack Scenic Railroad Station on Rt 28 in Thendara. Riders may find it convenient to park at the McCauley Mountain Ski Area Lodge if also riding nearby Maple Ridge / McCauley trails.
