Welcome to Paul Cluver Wines. We are a 4th generation family business that has been farming in the Elgin Valley for more than 120 years. We are proud to have pioneered Elgin as a premium wine growing region.

Our focus is on producing world class wines that reflect the uniqueness of our valley, but more specifically of our estate De Rust. We want to achieve this while being mindful of our actions both on the environment and on our community. To this end we have more than half our estate under conservation.

Enjoy our MTB trails that start just after the delivery gate. You can either enjoy the play park nestled amongst the fig trees or venture out on a selection of routes. The blue routes are undulating trails of jeep track. The red sections are a variety of single track, that includes beautiful fynbos, the famous bridges like Poffadder and Witklippieskloof and the rolling switchbacks in Mamba, Cobra, Jakkals, Pine singles and the berms. Riders have the option to choose how much single track to include. After your cycle you can freshen up in the hot showers, located in the building next to the play park. Remember to bring your own towel.
