The Perth Domestic airport is located 327 kilometres from Pemberton 3½ hours drive. The drive follows the Forrest Highway from Perth onto the South West Highway.

Pemberton is a stunningly beautiful town surrounded by spectacular Karri forests and farm land. It is an awesome place for mountain biking as well as road riding or as a great holiday destination.
The mountain bike project commenced in 2007. Funding from the SW Development Commission, the Federal Government, Dept of Health & Ageing, Lotterywest, WA Dept of Sport and Recreation and the Pemberton VC have provided the capital to develop the mountain bike park.
There are some 30 kilometres of sweet single track, a jump and pump track. The intent is to further develop the Pemberton Mountain Bike Park as part of the Pemberton Trail Hub, situated around the high quality tracks and trails. The mountain bike park is open to all. Pemberton has been nominated as a National level mountain bike destination as part of the riding opportunities in the South West of WA.

Pemberton Mountain Bike Park is on the north west edge of the town on Swimming Pool Rd. Follow the signs to the swimming pool from the centre of town to get there.

Cafe/shops: Lots nearby in town: Hotel, wineries, brewery, cafes and restaurants including IGA supermarket.
Others: Plenty of great accommodation options in Pemberton.
