Take extra care as there are numerous rocks set into and at the side of the trail that will cause issues if you catch them. There is also a section closed with a diversion signposted. The red loop (south west part) is much better - still some overgrown bits but much more rideable. Some real techy bits in amongst it too! Aim for the 19km (I think - the red loop anyways), ditch the extra eleven, and pay attention to the trail markers at the end as this route misses a couple off.
