Na południowo-zachodnim zboczu znajduje się Ośrodek Turystyczno-Narciarski Mosorny Groń z krzesełkową koleją linową wjeżdżającą z Zawoi Policznego. Wierzchołek jest punktem widokowym na Beskid Żywiecki z Babią Górą, Beskid Makowski oraz Tatry
W bikeparku są dwie trasy: Enduro i Freeride oraz trasa North Shore. Przy wyciągu zaczyna się również trasa Wilcza Łapa i Sokolica z kompleksu Babia Góra Trails
