The Timberton Trails are a centered around the defunct Trail 9 Golf Course in Port Ludlow. The course is very overgrown, but the Old Cart Path still exists. Timberton Loop follows old service and logging roads. Bring your climbing legs for short punchy climbs. Parking is off of Timberton Drive, or from Teal Lake. These trails are best on a gravel bike or XC bike. There's access to DNR lands and Teal Lake through the small network of trails and logging roads.

The old golf course would make an excellent venue for CX race, and there's potential for an amazing mountain bike trail network with the elevation. The old fairways also work well as ski slopes when Port Ludlow gets lowland snow.

Check out the restaurant in the Club House for a great meal, or for fancier fare, check out the Inn at Port Ludlow.
