      Powder Mill Gulch is the largest of the streams in the Port Gardner Bay watershed and begins in the Boeing Detention Basin, running in a roughly south-north direction and discharging into Port Gardner Bay in the Puget Sound. The basin is approximately 2.5 miles long and 1.0 mile wide, covering approximately 2.0 square miles.
