Signal Hill holds many a MTB gem. Its Dunedin’s premier Down Hill Park. Most tracks except the Big Easy are Intermediate to Expert – especially DH tracks. The Big Easy is by far the best and easiest way to access Signal Hill and then just follow your nose onto the other tracks (with care). Alternatively a shorter, yet more demanding climb, to the top can be done via 4WD Track, [https://www.trailforks.com/trails/zigzag-39344/]Zig-Zag[/L], Center Rd and lastly Water Tank Rd.
