This area consists of a mix of US Forest Service and BLM lands. It features beautiful forests, spectacular vistas, and some of the best higher elevation riding in Southern Oregon. Trails here are on the steeper side but are mostly rideable in both directions. Trail surfaces range from forest duff to rocky outcroppings. The Siskiyou Crest and surrounding areas have been called the 'wildest place on the west coast'
      Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country

      Access Info:
This area is generally accessed from the Grayback Mountain trailhead on Rock Creek Road near Williams, Oregon. Additional access points are at the Obrien Creek and Sturgis Fork trailheads, which are off of forest roads that originate from Thompson Creek and Carberry Creek Roads. The area can also be accessed through the Oregon Caves National Monument, but those access trails do not allow bikes.
