SaveSOUTH CANOE is the most popular trail network in the shuswap, being close to town it makes for a great after work rip. This multi use trail network is annual Salty Dog 6 hour Enduro mountain bike race. It is also the western trailhead to the Larch Hills Traverse. A network of largely dual directional trails which can be linked up in a variety of ways.

Under a Management Plan and Partnership Agreement with both the City and the Province, the Shuswap Trail Alliance supports a local Stewardship Advisory to guide maintenance, signage, and trail planning in the area, and act as a meeting point for interest groups.
