SaveThis is a great, wide-open riding area in south Kennewick near the junction of U.S. Highway 395 and Interstate 82. Many people refer to it as the “State Patrol” riding area because it is located just to the east of the State Patrol office.
Ride with caution as there is currently construction in progress in the lower parking lot area.
Ridgeline drive and the bottom parking lot are currently closed due to construction. If you are coming from Kennewick then continue on Highway 395 until it merges with I-82 then take Exit 114 North Towards Finley. Go left on Locust Grove Rd. then go left onto S Bofer Canyon Rd. Continue on S Bofer Canyon Rd. until you see the upper parking area to the right.
If you are coming from outside of Kennewick then from I-82 take Exit 114 North Towards Finley then go right on Locust Grove Rd. Next, turn left onto S Bofer Canyon Rd. and continue on S Bofer Canyon Rd. until you see the upper parking area to the right.
The upper parking area can be easy to miss so look for guard rails on the right side of the road and a big blue "Lodging Next Right" sign off to the left. The upper parking area is just before both of those so be ready to turn in when you see them.
