SaveStonewall Farm's mission is to connect people to the land and to the role of agriculture in their lives. We are the only working dairy farm and education center in the region open to the public.
In pursuit of this mission, the facility is used for education programs for schools and the public, children’s camps, conferences and workshops, and is available to rent for special events. Visitors are welcome to visit the gardens, Discovery Dome, and trails from dawn to dusk and the dairy barn anytime. Programs, Learning Center hours, Discovery Room, and the farm stand hours change seasonally.
Stonewall Farm features over six miles of multi-use trails for biking, hiking, horseback-riding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The trails are spread over 120 acres of actively managed fields, forests, pastures, brooks, and ponds. Alongside our own property's outdoor activities, we work with the City of Keene, Healthy Monadnock 2020, and other southwest New Hampshire groups to host the Keene Pathways network. These trails extend across Keene and greater Cheshire County, acting as biker and walker friendly pathways.
