Trail Flow (Ridden Direction)
Trailforks scans users ridelogs to determine the most popular direction each trail is ridden. A good flowing trail network will have most trails flowing in a single direction according to their intension.
The colour categories are based on what percentage of riders are riding a trail in its intended direction.

Stratham Hill Park is a riding area that completely exemplifies the idea that sometimes good things come in small packages. While the available mileage here isn't all that grand (generally speaking around 10 miles or so with all the unnamed trails included), what is available is some wildly fun New England riding.
Comprised of the short ups and downs that often characterize New England trails, Stratham surprisingly has some pretty steep sections that can be challenging on the way up and a ripping good time on the way down.
Taking Eagle from the top yields a quick, mildly off-camber rip down to one of the parking lots. Lovell Road is one of the rougher trails in the area, with roots and rocks in fair abundance, but it's a fun romp nonetheless.
Don't miss the Kitty Rock and Long Hill descents, which are steep and fun. Fire Pit will give you some good twisties and Dead Fish is a smooth switchback flow. USA Today and the Crockett Farm loop are not to be missed either.
Among the named trails you'll find a fair amount of unnamed trails that interconnect all over the place. Explore and have fun, as you really can't go wrong. While you won't find a whole lot of technical riding here, what exists is built well and much of it with mountain bikers in mind. There is even a pump track located close to the Jenkins parking lot.

Be aware that this is a highly traveled trail network, and that people bring their families and dogs (lots of dogs). However, of the places to ride where people bring dogs, this is one of the cleanest I've encountered. Also, many walkers/hikers/joggers stick to the larger doubletrack trails, so if you run the singletrack the riding is mostly solo. Still, check your speed and be aware, and have a great time
