Bristol Virginia’s Sugar Hollow Park has mountain bike trails that are rated intermediate to advanced with a total of approximately 12 miles. The Sugar Glider Loop is awesome and is approximately 10 miles of flow trail with some quick ups and fast down hill. The Bobcat section is a roller coaster in the woods and a blast to ride. Throw in a little gnar, roots, manageable drops and a short black diamond section called Wild Goose Gulch and you have a great trail set inside the city limits Bristol Va.. Blaze markers are complete with the detailed map matching up to the markers. Exit signs and emergency locator markers in blaze orange round out the well thought out signage. This makes for a great experience for riders, trail runners and hikers alike. So go rip it up in the holler
