Den offentlige parkeringsplads ved Svanninge Bakker og restaurant Skovlyst er udgangspunkt for XC sporene Blå og Rød, samt natursporene i bakkerne. Herfra kan køres på stier gennem skoven til flowsporene ved Gåsebjergsand syd for parkerringspladsen.
