Plenty of parking, thanks to the baseball fields.
You will see some large and aggressive (and confusing) signs from a planned Montessori School adjacent to the land. These signs are overreaching - the only private land that any of these trails cross is small slice of land near the northern section, and adjacent to N. White Pine Lane. The sliver of private land is small and resembles an access road. Neighbors on both sides of the road are aggressively protesting the building of the school, so it's fair to say that you can safely pass through if you need to (but please avoid this land, if you can).
