The Dirty Sheets is a 20 mile, premiere gravel route in South Fulton County in the City of Chattahoochee Hills. Surrounded by the famous Silk Sheets road cycling route, the Dirty Sheets is a rural and scenic gravel ride that will leave you in disbelief that you are so close to downtown and the airport. It can be ridden by a mountain or cyclocross bike.
The ride starts at Cochran Mill Park and is best ridden clockwise. The Dirty Sheets begins with Upper Wooten Road, an old county dirt road that is closed to vehicular traffic for almost 5 miles and continues on rural gravel roads and a small amount of pavement with minimal auto traffic until you circle back to the Park.
