Trail Flow (Ridden Direction)
Trailforks scans users ridelogs to determine the most popular direction each trail is ridden. A good flowing trail network will have most trails flowing in a single direction according to their intension.
The colour categories are based on what percentage of riders are riding a trail in its intended direction.

      The Tolt trails are a little-known system with a nice campground right at the base. The IAB trail goes from the campground at up to the plateau where trails go off in every direction. It's quite the punchy climb and the price to pay to play, but also is a great warmup.

      This system is made up of King County Parks property to the north and Green Crow Tree Farm property to the south.

      Most of the trails are cross-country single track through forests with fern ground cover. Some are rooty but nothing too severe. Their mostly blue ratings are deserved from the fact that they are fairly technical with often tight twists and optional stump-jumps that are typical of the system. They are XC blues, not downhill blues. To enjoy this system, good route planning and vigorous pedaling is recommended: makes all the otherwise uncomfortable features fun and the whole system a playful workout. This is a beautiful OGXC style system, with a few enduro gems.

      The system is sprinkled with tons of stump jump which are only fun if you keep a solid pace on the XC flat. There can be a few muddy spots during the rainy season but overall, this is a winter friendly system. The maze of single tracks can be confusing, so expect to get lost unless you know your way around or follow a pre-defined route. There are a few local routes you can lookup that will help you navigate and experience the best out of this system. Make sure to check them out

      The Tree Farm section was totally clear-cut in 2019 and most trails were destroyed. Since then, many of the trails have been rebuilt following (loosely) the path of the original trails. The views from the clear-cut area are great, especially on a sunny day.

      For the out of towners this is a great place to camp and ride. And for the locals it is great if you want something more challenging than St. Eds but not as burly as Tiger Mountain. There is something here for everybody.

      Some of the More Enduro Trails:
      * Borderline (Upper) / Borderline (Lower)
      * Bordercurve (Upper) / Bordecurve (Lower)
      * Go Kart
      * Hacked Through Go Kart (for a short section - read description)
      * Buckhorn
      * Blair Witch Project (north to south)
