The trails are shared between horse riders, hikers, birders, mountain bikers and trails runners. Entry requires a day permit and signing an indemnity form at Van Gaalen's farm. The trails are normally open from 6h00 in summer during the weekends and 7h00 in winter. Access may be limited or closed when there are events taking place.
