Vättlefjäll is a natural reserve north of the city of Gothenburg suited for MTB, Hiking, Running, Camping (not in caravans), Swimming and general wildlife activities covered by "Allemansrätten" which allows you certain activities.
MTB is "restricted" such that you are not allowed to ride bicycles on marked walking paths or trails, but no such walking paths or trails are marked either on a map or out on the trails. Either way, please do observe right of way to people on foot. In almost all cases however, people on foot will step aside when they notice you riding MTB. Just make sure to thank them and wish them a nice day.
While you are allowed to have a campfire, the locations you may do so are restricted to prepared locations only. And be aware that in summer time, there may be a open flame prohibition in effect so make sure to check for that first before starting a campfire etc.
