Description:
Do yourself a favour and book a shuttle lift. The climb is totally exposed to the sun, and you’ll be overtaken constantly by the shuttles - definitely not enjoyable, even if you’re a sucker for altitude punishment. Instead, ride the shuttle, and do laps at the top section of the mountain wherever you go. There are climbing trails and you can get your 1200m of climbing done there in the beautiful forest on great trails, rather than in a road full of traffic.
