Enkarterri Open Challenge es un desafío deportivo que consiste en completar varios circuitos individuales en una horquilla de fechas determinada para cada uno de ellos. No se trata de una competición, pero esta diseñado de manera que puedas exprimir tu vena competitiva.

EKOC se desarrollará en las comarcas de Enkarterri y Meatzaldea (Bizkaia) entre el mes de enero y junio de 2021, y tú decides cómo y cuándo completarlo. El desafío consta de seis sedes fijas y no hay un día ni una hora concreta para recorrerlas: depende de ti elegir el momento, dentro de unos límites previamente establecidos.

Los circuitos están diseñados para disfrutar de cada modalidad al máximo, a través de diferentes terrenos que te adentrarán en parajes de gran belleza aún por descubrir: montaña, mar, parques naturales… ¿Te atreves?

La segunda sede, llega el turno de Zalla con el río Kadagua como telón de fondo y epicentro de los recorridos… Elijas la modalidad que elijas, te esperan terrenos aún por descubrir y aderezados con historias y leyendas: un poblado fortificado de la segunda Edad de Hierro, dos conjuntos monumentales medievales o el mayor viñedo de txakoli de Euskadi. El ascenso al monte Ubieta te regalará las mejores vistas del Valle de Salcedo.

Detailed Description
2/6 - Zalla - EKOC media maraton 27k (2021) is a 17 mile less popular intermediate route located near Balmaseda. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route climbs 3,664 ft with a max elevation of 1,714 ft then descends -3,652 ft.
