What: NSMBA Fiver #1 - Presented by Steed Cycles

When: Thursday May 5th - Sign in will run from 5:45pm to 6:45pm. There is no fixed start time, you can start out onto the course once you have signed in.

Where: Fromme - Sign in at the water towers.

Why: Fun community low key ride to meet and hang out with your fellow riders.

Apres will be at the Steed Cycles shop 969 Marine Drive North Vancouver.

Transition 1: Climb from the water towers to entrance to Wardens between 3rd and 4th switchback.

Stage 1: Climb UP Wardens trail. (Our first ever ALL up hill stage !!)

Transition 2: Climb up Mtn Hwy and access trail off 5th switchback to Crinkum

Stage 2: Crinkum Crankum - Kirford - Cedar (finish before bridge on Cedar)

Transition 3: Climb up Mtn Hwy to Floppy Bunny

Stage 3: Floppy Bunny

Transition 4: Down Mtn Hwy to Water Tower Connector

Stage 4: Middle Griffen to King of The Shore

Transition 5: Return to Water Towers.

Detailed Description
2016 Fiver 1 - Presented by Steed Cycles is a 4 mile expert race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 12 trails. This route climbs 998 ft with a max elevation of 1,847 ft then descends -996 ft.
