Trail McKay Hollow
This trail has a sign at the top where it ties in from the North Plateau Loop that tells you that bikes are not allowed but like a dumbass I went ahead and hiked the bike down to the bottom hoping to find some rideable trail. I didn’t find anything remotely rideable. My reward was carrying the bike back uphill on the Natural Well trail.

Trail Natural Well Trail
This trail is unridable except at the top. Most of it is steep and way too rocky to ride. Should be rolled out for biking unless you like carrying your bike uphill for about 2 miles. Other than that it was delightful.

Trail Mountain Mist
Not sure why this trail is a black diamond seemed extremely flat to me. I got on from sinks so maybe the beginning is harder

Trail Mountain Mist
Yea, the southern half of Mountain Mist has a different character than the trail from sinks to the closed road. there's some tougher moves over rocks on the southern half that the northern half just doesn't have.

Trail McKay Hollow
If you start from the park side the downhill is EXTREMELY difficult. It would have been more fun to start the downhill from the South plateau side and hike a bike back up

Trail Mountain Mist
I apologize for the lack of specificity - I forgot that there are two Mountain Mist/Sinks intersections. The obstacle tree is on Mtn Mist, south of the southern Mist/Sinks intersection.
