start is at DAY PARK in Bonshaw -ROUND TRIP , St Kitz to Strath, to Bonshaw, to Appin east then west, CTO and Brookvale lap, Back down Appin East back to DAY PARK. Pick up your medals(if you bring one) and eat Pizza!

BRING FOOD , Electrolytes any repair tools you need at least 1 bottle for water even if you carry a pack(you can drop your packs at each trail and pick it up on the return.
