Sweet trail that transitions from forest to desert. Few nice natural rock drops although landing is a bit flat on a few of them. Get some practice in and jump off your fridge at home.

Great till about 500m before Lookout, mushy snow on the ground, needs another week or two to melt.

One of the best trails in the Okanagan. Link it to connector for fun, big drops for variety or rocky screech for more tech.

I'd rate this as blue. Easy smooth surface, but it's got some steep grades that definitely aren't suitable for beginners

Trail Race Classic
Definitely a blue trail. A bit of rock, but nothing that warrants a black rating, easily navigable for an intermediate rider.

Trail Earring
The top of the trail from Race Classic to Hillbilly is not a blue trail. There are some very technical and difficult descents, including some near vertical drops. This is mixed with some flat pedal sections over loose rock that are highly unpleasant.

Below the Hillbilly junction, the trail becomes fast and flowy and is a great intermediate ride.

Upper Earring is more Black than Blue. Not for Novices, unless they like walking. True Blue almost Green from Middle Bench down.

Watch for off leash dogs who dont behave and hikers who feel the need to stop you and explain that. Ringing your bell for 50m behind them and slowing down to a walking speed just doesnt cut it for some because clearly it's their trail.

The top section of this trail was really nice before the “hillbilly-pink highway connector”, the bushes were beaten back nicely and had some decent flow, but below that connection the bushes are quite overgrown and the trail is rather rocky.

Back in the day, when we had races at Crawford, we started by the substation and then climbed a steep trail that ran alongside a barbed wire fence. Anyone know what that trail is known as today (I'm thinking Crawford Canyon DH).

"Wooley" is the last name of the guy that built it back in the early to mid 90's

To add to the story...

The trail is named after "Brendan Woolley" a local mountain biker who raced extensively as a junior. Along with his father Richard, he helped build a number of the early "Kelowna Spring Classic" XC race courses. Woolley's Revenge was a trail they built one year as part of the course, the "Revenge" portion of the name relating to a feature that caused a great number of riders to crash that year.
