The 2018 XCM course is a mouth watering serving from this suburban single track smorgasbord. Flowy single track, techy rock roll downs, berms, structures, views of sprawling neighbourhoods below, all with a tropical ocean and island backdrop to have you screaming for more.

Get ready for an all-you-can-eat riding feast.

      Added some rock to the first rock step going up. It was a bit undercut. (photo) so should ride better up. Also smoothed out the hump near Tower Link, but not sure how long that will last.

      The majority of the trail remains firm with very few softer patches that leave sign without bogging in. There is no trail erosion however if more rain falls I would consider closing the trail

      Majority of trail is very firm there are a few soft spots that leave trace however are not digging in. One corner in particular about midway up did look firm however was sloppy and slippery. Any further decent rain I would consider closing the trail.

      Trail has a few soft spots nothing digging in if we get back up rain I would suggest a closer look and or closing til further notice

      The trail is still firm for the most part however there is a soft spot about mid trail
