Trail 4000 Road (West Side Road)
Honestly, if tired I prefer this road over Iverson as an alternate route back to the lot.

Trail Joy Ride
1st time at Tiger yesterday and I found this to be perfect for my skill level. I have never hit any tech nearly this gnarly, I'm surprised to see people complaining about flat turns. Watch some youtube and work on your flat cornering skills my fellow shredders. This is up there with being my favorite tech trail behind The Legend. I honestly thought this is a solid blue coming from someone who hasn't hit nearly any tech trails (flows really well too). Definitely a must ride for confident 1st timers at Tiger!

The root ball from the description seems like it is supposed to have a landing (looking at older pics,) but now that's eroded away.

Trail Joy Ride
This trail was pretty muddy today. I’m mostly a progressing beginner so I stick to blue runs and found the technical features on this run a bit beyond my ability. I definitely had to walk on the super steep sharp corners and some rocky spots but there was definitely plenty of trail in between for me to have lots of fun. I’ll come back again for some more when it dries out

Trail Inside Passage
Super fun. I’m bit of a beginner and found this run to be quite exciting. There are a couple minor technical features that kept things interesting for me, probably more advanced riders would find them boring but it is a flow trail & you can go really fast if you wanted. This trail is very well maintained and the dirt is perfect. Oh & the view up top is outstanding

Can anyone remind me what the story is with the dozen or so trees that are painted with the white stripe?

Trail Iverson
This cross over from side hustle is a perfectly fine way to get back to the lot. Not sure I’d ever ride it just to ride it.
A couple of spots with some slippery roots. The one diamond option is just steep’ish and muddy. Nothing to worry about for most blue riders.

Trail Inside Passage
The trail started off narrow with just enough rocks/roots to make it feel a bit spicy as a new rider. Otherwise it was super fun, especially as the views started to open up!

Hey folks, lost a Subaru car key at tiger mountain today. It is a button key with a small blue/green key fob.
My route was Master Link --> Quick Link --> NOTG --> Crossover Rd --> Bail Out --> Preston RR --> Extra Terrestrial --> back to Crossover Rd --> Predator.
If you're on these trails in the next few days/weeks and see it, shoot me a text at 802-299-9433 and I'll buy you a beer or six. Cheers fellas!!

I'm confused on how you dont think this is top of the lists there is not alot of blues better sst? Atomic dog skyline? There all just as good joyride is fantastic trail and a must hit tech for days flow as well with drops and chuck. And please don't tell me what to do ok if you can't read my crap texts then leave it alone calling someone out and talking crap on a app is a bit ridiculous.

Trail Joy Ride
Awkward flat turns a no rhythm at all for the first half. Gets more fun further on. Fully disagree with chunky-tech-doctor about being a top blue. And on that note, please put a little more effort into sentence formation and punctuation if you are going to make a point of reviewing a lot of trails in the area. It’s hard to take you seriously.

Super fun trail. Most of the drops are definitely rollable. It's nice that its tucked back away from most of the other trails. A nice warm up for megafauna for sure

Rocky, but not so rocky you can't haul ass. And lots of drops so big you shouldn't try to roll them. Super fun trail!

Trail NOTG
Probably the funnest sanctioned trail (outside a park) I have ever ridden. A refreshingly natural and loose antidote to the flow trail epidemic. Goldilocks steepness that helps you keep speed but doesn’t take it too far like many fall-line trails. Most will find it much more difficult than OTG, especially if you aren’t used to this style of riding.

Bit confused by the ordering of the stages under Route Sections. Will we be going by how they're listed in the section (Legend is the first stage) or by the number next to the trail name (Legend would be Stage 3)?
[Reply]

stage number on left, trail number on right. in order of highlighted RED numbers on left.
[Reply]

Sorry For the confusion... We number all the stages the same for each category, although they may do the stages in a different order. For sports the order is Legend, NOTG>OTG, Inside Passage>Joyride and then Iverson.
[Reply]

Heck Yeah! This is a classic with high speeds, roots and switchbacks. It will get a pre-race tune up too so it will be running good.

This is the old route up to the summit, sometimes used by logging trucks and trail crews for access, take the "Master Link" climbing trail up instead.

Trail NorthWest Timber
A pleasant XC ride that is a main link to the rest of the East Tiger trail system. If doing a shorter loop, then NTT will be your entrance and your exit. If doing a longer day by riding up the fire road to the East Summit, then NTT is your exit trail back to the parking lot.
Overall, NTT is rated Green, but it still has a few sections that will challenge novice riders. I've yet to see anyone successfully ride the big root ball in the uphill (East) direction. And same root ball in the downhill (West) direction back to parking lot is definitely a Blue trail feature. Roll it or drop it, and don't look down to your left! Also, the rock garden near the West end of the trail is more challenging riding uphill (heading West).

Trail NorthWest Timber
I haven't seen anyone clear that root ball on the trail. If anyone has a video of them doing it I'd love to see. IMO it is a expert feature, definitely not blue.
Overall experience, didn't like NW Timber very much. Almost no descent/downhill sections. A lot of climbing, including very steep sections that pop of nowhere (eg. right after a rocky/rooty patch).
