Planned route for the Otis section (afternoon ride) of the 4th Annual ETown BeatDown on Saturday October 26, 2019 This section will begin around 2 PM - riders who are at Deer's Head Inn for lunch will adventure together into the Lower Currey Trail. Riders can also meet at the Otis parking area and join the group for the ride when they arrive, likely around 2:30 PM.

Estimated schedule:
6:05 AM - Grab breakfast at the Arsenal Inn (7581 Court Street, Elizabethtown)
8:00 AM - Meet at Otis Mtn to drop a car and get shuttled to the start of ride
9:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Blueberry ride followed by tour of new trail system on Cobble Hill
12:30 PM - Ride to Deer's Head Inn for lunch and beverages
2:00 PM - Adventure into Otis Mtn for afternoon of riding
6:05 PM - BBQ and beer at the Main Stage at Otis
8:00 PM - Night rides and ping pong
10:00 PM - Movies on the Main Stage

2019 ETown BeatDown - Otis section (afternoon ride) is a 6 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Elizabethtown New York. This mountain bike primary route. This route includes 17 trails. This route climbs 1,064 ft with a max elevation of 1,127 ft then descends -1,031 ft.

From a ride on 21 April: Trail was in overall great shape. Trail crew did a fantastic job cutting out some major trees and blowdown from the winter season. There were a few muddy spots, but passable without creating rut damage. Thanks for the spring cleaning!!

A small section is flooded out close to the water, had to pick up the bike and find a path around it through the trees
