Small change to the maps and course release this year. You can see the full route, but stage starts and finishes are going blind. There will still be the same three stages as all past years, they will be of the same variety and flavour. No we won't be adding in any massive amounts of uphill timed climbing, but they might just be a wee bit.

Detailed Description

2019 FWS - 4 is a 7 mile expert race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 17 trails. This route climbs 1,659 ft with a max elevation of 2,540 ft then descends -1,909 ft.
