2019 Nanaimo Island Cup Enduro: Beginners Course is a 7 mile intermediate race route located near Nanaimo British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 12 trails. This route climbs 1,176 ft with a max elevation of 1,390 ft then descends -1,168 ft.
