Trail Spur Road
Access from Nanaimo lakes rd has been blocked off with 5 or 6 tank traps that are a bit of a pain to even walk a bike through. Would be nice if the connecting section was removed from the map.

Kudos to the builders, this is an awesome example of "natural flow" and use of grade. So much bang for buck and arguably fun for any skill level. Wish there were more like it!

Vehicles blocking gate and new signage saying no trespassing. Private security driving around. Is the forest company now blocking access to these roads/trails?

I'd rate this a blue, not black. But fun nonetheless.

Trail is in great shape right now, perfect dirt. Rode down the trail, there are a few fun kickers to hit. Seems like a decent climbing trail as well. There is a sign at the bottom to warn climbers to watch for oncoming riders, so I'd say its a 2 direction trail. The other climbing option, E&M, is also nice but requires much more fire road climbing as well. Both are good options IMO.

Please don't climb up this trail. There is an climbing trail or use the road; climbing this trail is dangerous. This trails is downhill and riders come down fast. It is a matter of time that accident will happen with riders going up this trail.

Not really enjoyable. Upper section totally rideable, but with some small trees down and plenty of debris. Lower section was a river in some spots, and completely snow covered in others.
