2019 Nanaimo Island Cup XC #6 Finals Intermediate/Expert is a 5 mile intermediate race route located near Nanaimo British Columbia. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 19 trails. This route climbs 1,090 ft with a max elevation of 1,413 ft then descends -1,105 ft.

Trail Stairway to Hayden
After climbing for the first time, couldn't stop noticing all the old blue plastic baby tree protectors still lying on the ground after 10 years or so.
