Partial snow and ice coverage, the lower elevation stuff is ok, but the higher you go, the more snow and ice. Some corners extremely slick. Rideable, but with caution. No trail blockages.

Access is interesting as road is a skating rink in places but thin layer of snow, fully ride-able, no trees down

6" tree down as pictured in previous report. 99% snow free, velcro dirt

cleared the deadfall posted 2 days ago and then cleared the rest of the trail. A few tiny patches of snow on the N section past AM/PM, but fine to ride. One tree partially blocking the trail (right at the Vail CYA sign) could be pushed aside by 2 or 3 people. Another tree about 30cm thick blocking the trail at the bottom, about 20m up from the valley trail.

5 minutes of pushing through snow from Cheakamus towards Business Time. Sections were rideable.
