The new 100km Odyssey course starts in Apollo Bay and finishes at Forrest Recreation Reserve.Note, some sections in the first 25km traverse private property. Please do NOT ride these sections of the course in training/practice. These sections can be easily detoured by using Wild Dog Rd. The first 40km has big climbs and big descents on a variety of gravel roads and 4WD tracks. The final 60km is almost entirely fun but challenging single track that will test every riders skills and concentration

Detailed Description

2021 Otway Odyssey 100KM Race is a 59 mile intermediate race route located near Forrest. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 6,770 ft with a max elevation of 1,907 ft then descends -6,226 ft.

Marriners Run	Feb 9, 2025 @ 12:12pm Feb 9, 2025	Recent rain has washed loose soft sand into the bottom of some of the berms and revealed some new rocks etc. The sand can really grab your wheels so if you’re used to ripping down a particular section, it may have changed. reporter
