Great trail, although been a bit over enjoyed and could use a dig day on the berms

Should this not be labeled as Broadway?

Overall fun gnarly descent, didn’t notice ruts that were mentioned previously, perhaps referring to an area which is now multiple line options. 4 switchbacks at end waste elevation, 2 loose rock chunk, 2 mellow dirt

Trail Cupcake
Fantastic true double black enduro line when combined with Bakers Dozen and Knuckles. Slabs, chunky rock lines, dirt steeps, rooty gnarl, jumps. Only a small bit of pedalling since it is Cumberland after all

A really well built climb trail. I would say it is more of a green than blue and kids would have no issue with it. Not technical and only one really steep section. The view at the top makes it even better!

Basically a river for top one third right now. Availed until dried weather.

Trail Knuckers
Pretty steep and must have been great when it first opened, but definitely showing signs of wear now. Very deep ruts in the corners and one section really dusty with little grip into a square turn!

If you zoom in you’ll see it is actually part of stage 2. Brat merges into presidents choice and then ends at the little connector road.

In my opinion this is the best climbing trail in western Canada/USA. I've ridden all over BC, Washington, Oregon, Utah, plus some in Colorado and Peru. This is definitely the nicest climbing trial I've ridden. It climbs gently but with just the right amount of upward progress plus relief from the climb in all the right spots. Nice single track width through the trees. No roots to slow you down. Bravo to the designers and builders. Awesome job!

Rooty downs and punchy ups. Beauty!
Not a double black compared to gingersnaps, cupcake, knuckers and co. Don’t let them fool you.

Amazing clim trail, very well thought out!

Side note, you can't use this trail in the route planner as it doesn't connect to the bottom of Broadway. Broadway being dowhill only, the ride planner will not link the FSR to the climb trail through the bottom of Broadway. Hope that make sense.

Cheers!

You will not find a better climbing trail than this. Many switchbacks but well designed to be well bermed and wide on the upper side. The trail has been well designed to either flatten or have a slight incline for riders to catch their breath. Finally, the entire trail has had lots of earth put down so the path is quite smooth, no mean feat in the scrub forest that the trail winds through.

A newly built masterpiece. Amazing climb trail. The gradient is super nice and almost feels like riding a flat trail but yet it still takes you to the top!

Really great trail except for the two momentum-killing hills that surprise you. Harder than your typical black for the area but in line with whistler blacks.

Double black would have to include mandatory air. There are ridearounds. This is maybe a stiff black diamond.
