The enduro format is returning to the port gamble trails, with more stages and professional timing this year. For this year there will be up to five stages of racing depending on the category. Red Tent Timing will be timing the race. Yes, the same people that put on the Cascadia Dirt Cup, they will be provings their expertise and prompt results for some tight racing.

Beginner riders will be racing three stages, 1, 2, & 4. We will be out marking the course on Friday morning, the 30th. Expect the course to be fully marked by the afternoon. Please note that the rock roll on Ranger will not be a part of the race this year because of the updated exit of the trail.

Totally disagree with the need for ride arounds at the drops. There’s a trail for people who don’t want to take on the drops…start on the right hand side of Cool Runnings.

The second drop that was added needs to be clearly marked with signage. People who have ridden the trail pre-second drop are at risk. Saw a wicked crash over the weekend due to this very situation. The little orange flags don’t so anything to warn the rider of the drop.

New drop added 2/3 way down makes this trail better than before. Good job to whoever put all the trees to shut down the ride around people were using. If you can’t do the drops stay off the trail, if you don’t like it then ride elsewhere. With the new bike park open there is plenty of room for improving your skills prior to attempting the new and improved cool runnings.

Saw there’s another drop being built into this trail. Didn’t get a chance to ride but this is a black diamond trail and was designed to challenge expert riders. To those complaining, it’s 1/3 of the Ranger downhill area and looks to still being converter into a trail that matches its difficulty rating.

Pretty okay. A good test for someone looking to up their game with just a couple big moves in there. Getting rutted out with brake bumps leading into turns - learn how to properly brake before riding faster, steeper trails people. I only did a couple laps on Ranger and Cool Runnings, I really really really despise the yellow caution tape ruining the forest aesthetic, the woods in this location are beautiful and it's broken with a crudely "lined" walk-up trail.

Fun trail! Compact soil, no dust. Some ruts in berms but otherwise good conditions

The work that went into this trail is impressive. This is one of the best flow/jump trails I have ever ridden.

An entirely new trail that has been re-worked top to bottom in 2020! Lots of new/improved berms and jumps. Even more flowy than before! Still a blue trail, as everything can be rolled or avoided. Thank you Evergreen West Sound volunteers for making this the best flow trail west of Puget Sound!

Last half is the only section remaining. First half destroyed by logging.

The new logging took out half this trail.

My first time mountain bike riding, and this was one of the first trails I've been on. Ever. As a newbie, it was easy to transverse the sharp turns, jumps, and small roots/rocks in the way. However, I did educate myself about proper biking techniques before attempting any mountain biking. I plan on coming back for more action in the coming weeks, it was lots of fun.

Awesome trail, has a tight path with unavoidable roots. Great way to get over to derailed which imo is the best trail in the park

This trail is soooo much fun! All banked turns and jumps. There is a road that parallels the trail just east of the trail and not on the map. When you exit the trail turn to the right and peddle up the not very steep road for about a mile. Look for the very end of Bobsled trail coming in from the right.

Very fun trail was there last week and its still in very good condition though if you never been here befor the climb up through Bobsled is annoying but worth it in the end. defiantly my favorite trail in the park and the table tops are some of the biggest in the park and the trail is very fun to ride and prefer it to most of the Duthie hill trails over in Seattle.
note if you come here with a downhill bike the climb up Bobsled and back from the bottom is very tiring.
